Description
Cooking instructions: put frozen pelmeni in boiling water and leave until the water boils again and pelmeni float to the surface. Then reduce the heat to medium-low and leave to simmer until cooked , 5-8 minutes. Remove pelmeni from the pot with a skimmer, add butter, and serve hot.
