Wakame Seaweed Salad

Wakame "Moijer Volendam" is one of the most popular seaweed in Japanese cuisine.You have probably come across them in Japanese restaurants: wakame are recognizable for their elongated cylindrical shape and elastic, crispy consistency. They have a sweet and slightly salty taste. Wakame seaweed can be found in salads, soups, noodles or in its original form as a cold snack.
